Where do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be bought via Eventbrite in advance or at the Box Office on the day.

What are the event opening times?

Cheese Lovers Festival takes place over 2 days (17-18 JUNE 2017). Please refer to ‘Ticket Details’ on the Tickets and Info page for session times.

Will there be ATM facilities on site?

Yes, inside the Sebel Kirkton

Will the event be affected by unfortunate weather circumstances?

Unless advised by the local authority, the event will go ahead despite any weather circumstances. So hail, rain or shine, Cheese Lovers Festival will thrive no matter what!

As this is an outdoor and indoor festival, please wear appropriate footwear as weather conditions may vary throughout. Should the weather take a turn for the worst, there are many covered marquee areas at the Festival. Wet weather ponchos will be readily available and free at the event should the weather turn very bad.

Memphis Events reserves the right to cancel or change event dates, time, line up and venue as required. Tickets purchased to the Festival are non-refundable. Alternative dates and times may be issued to ticket holders at the discretion and decision of the organisers.

Do children 12 or under require a ticket to attend?

Children 12 and under can attend the festival free but need to register online through Eventbrite.

Are there any age limits?

No, anyone and everyone is welcome.

Can I bring my own food and/or drink?

No food will not be permitted into the site premises. Only water bottles will be allowed.

Is smoking permitted on site?

There is no smoking onsite at the Cheese Lovers Festival. The Sebel, Kirkton Park is a smoke-free venue.

Is the site wheelchair friendly?

Yes.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. Only service dogs will be permitted on site.

Photography on site

Patrons entering the site consent that Memphis Events and third parties authorised by Memphis Events may make or record film, photographs or other forms of moving picture, still picture or any of the of the event (including, without limitation, of patrons) for the use of media and promotions.

 

Cheese Lovers Festival can refuse to serve you alcohol if security believe that you are ‘intoxicated’. We will assume you are ‘intoxicated’ if:

  • Your speech, balance, co-ordination or behaviour is affected; and
  • It is reasonable to believe you are intoxicated
  • Cheese Lovers Festival or a police officer can refuse you entry, or ask you to leave, if they think you
  • Are likely to cause injury to anyone else or damage property, or otherwise cause risk to public safety; or
  • Are disorderly;
  • Are in a non-smoking area; or
  • Have drugs on you
